What is Anemia? Causes & Symptoms of Anemia - Treatment of Anemia.



Normally Deficiency of red blood cells is called anemia. Our blood doesn't have enough red blood cells  to supply oxygen to our whole body. 



👉Now briefly know about blood cells and their function:-

 Our blood have main three types blood cells -


   1.Red blood cells are called erythrocytes or RBC. These red blood cells are made up of many things like  Hemoglobin.

An iron rich Protein causes our blood red. Who helps us to supply the oxygen tissue to the  lungs. And remove carbon dioxide .


2. White blood cells  are also called leukocytes. Who normally fights against infection and protects our body from infection. 


3. Third one is Platelets, If any cut or bleeding are there these cells help us to blood clotting in our body. 




👉Now back to our main discussion “Anemia” -


 There are many types of “Anemia”  but the most common type is iron deficiency “Anemia”. It’s Most common in pregnant women, or others who have heavy menstrual bleeding, or any heavy bleeding, or intake low iron-rich food, or who can’t  able to take iron -rich food (ex- thalassemia patient).



👉Sings and symptoms of “Anemia”- 


  1. weakness.

  2. pale skin.

  3. Deadaches.

  4. dizziness.

  5. become cold hands and feets.

  6. difficulty in breathing.



👉Basic treatment of “Anemia”-


1. Intake iron-rich food or drink, 

2. try to treat heavy bleeding. Or who can't take iron-rich food they can take doctor suggested supplementary iron, or vitamins.
