Who is responsible for diabetes and How |

The pancreas is the main organ who is completely responsible for diabetes.

Pancreas:- pancreas is a pear shaped organ consisting of head, neck, body and tail.  located in the upper  abdomen. It has two major functions in our body. It secretes pancreatic juice which helps digestion, Pancreas have endocrine and exocrine systems Who help us to digest food, carbohydrates and protein etc. and also produce insulin hormone which convert sugar(Glucose) into energy.

*Exocrine systems help us with digestion.

Endocrine system :- pancreas has beta cells which produce insulin which convert sugar and carbohydrates into energy when these hormones are not working properly or not secreted. That time our blood glucose level remained high and this condition is also called diabetes.
